Your files stay on your device
Every conversion, validation, view, edit, or generation runs in your browser's JavaScript runtime. None of the files you load, paste, or generate are uploaded to any server we control. There is no server-side processing of user file contents.
Account and service data
You can use the free tools without creating an account. If you create an account or purchase Pro, we process information needed to provide the service, such as your email address, display name, authentication details, subscription status, billing interval, and service usage required to apply plan limits.
Payments and service providers
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We receive transaction and subscription information needed to activate and manage Pro access, but we do not store your complete card number. If you choose Google sign in, Google provides basic profile information such as your name and email address. We use an email delivery provider, such as Resend, to send verification and essential account emails.
Analytics
We may collect basic page-view and feature-usage information to understand and improve the service. Analytics and usage events do not include your file contents, BSBs, account numbers, payee names, or payment amounts contained in an ABA file.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember essential preferences, and operate paid features. We do not sell personal information. Temporary tool state, such as column mappings, may be stored locally in your browser.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and transaction records only as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
