Local processing and diagnostic uploads

Every conversion, validation, view, edit, or generation runs in your browser's JavaScript runtime; we do not use server-side file processing to produce your result. When you select an input file, a diagnostic copy may also be uploaded to our protected storage before type checking so that we can investigate compatibility failures. Text files are masked by default before upload. Excel workbooks are binary and are uploaded as provided.

Diagnostic records include the original filename, browser-reported MIME type, detected file type, file size, tool used, and validation error codes. These records are restricted to service access and are used for troubleshooting and product reliability.

Account and service data

You can use the free tools without creating an account. If you create an account or purchase Pro, we process information needed to provide the service, such as your email address, display name, authentication details, subscription status, billing interval, and service usage required to apply plan limits.

Payments and service providers

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We receive transaction and subscription information needed to activate and manage Pro access, but we do not store your complete card number. If you choose Google sign in, Google provides basic profile information such as your name and email address. We use an email delivery provider, such as Resend, to send verification and essential account emails.

Analytics

We may collect basic page-view and feature-usage information to understand and improve the service. Diagnostic events may include the original filename and detected file type, but do not include BSBs, account numbers, payee names, or payment amounts contained in an ABA file.

Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember essential preferences, and operate paid features. We do not sell personal information. Temporary tool state, such as column mappings, may be stored locally in your browser.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and transaction records only as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
