Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. You will normally keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan.
Refunds
Because Pro is a digitally delivered service, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally not automatically refundable or prorated. We will, however, fairly review requests made within seven days of payment, particularly for duplicate or incorrect charges, or where a technical problem prevented meaningful access to the paid service.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email hello@abafile.net from the address associated with your account. Include the payment date and a short explanation of the issue. Please do not send card numbers or sensitive banking information by email.
We normally review requests within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After processing, your bank or card issuer may take approximately 5–10 business days to display the funds.
Digital delivery and access issues
Pro access should activate shortly after successful checkout. If it does not, refresh the page and sign in again before contacting us. We will first try to restore the service and, where that is not reasonably possible, consider an appropriate refund or account credit.
