Our service

ABA File Converter provides browser-based tools to convert, validate, view, edit, and generate ABA-format files. Some tools are available free of charge with usage limits. A paid Pro subscription provides the additional limits and features shown on our pricing page.

We are not a bank or financial institution. We do not initiate or process bank payments. Files created with the service are intended for you to review and upload through your own bank's channels.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) at the price and billing interval displayed before checkout. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and Pro access normally remains available until the end of the current paid period. Our full refund and cancellation terms are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital service delivery

Pro access is delivered digitally and should activate shortly after payment confirmation. If access does not activate, refresh the page, sign in again, or contact us so we can investigate.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all account details, amounts, transaction codes, dates, and totals before submitting a file to your bank. Validation against the ABA / Direct Entry / Cemtex format does not guarantee acceptance by a particular bank.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage or security controls, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may maintain, improve, or change features from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian law.
