You are solely responsible for verifying that any file you generate or edit is correct before submitting it to your bank. While we validate files against the published ABA / Direct Entry / Cemtex specification, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific bank.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABA File Converter and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this site.
